Prideful & Inclusive Consulting is a Minority, LGBTQ+, Woman-owned business. We provide premier staffing and staff augmentation services for mid to large-sized firms. Prideful was created out of a great desire to provide inclusive working environments to those from underserved communities and assist in the challenges corporations face when attracting, recruiting, and retaining diverse staff. This affords Prideful the unique ability to provide work opportunities to talented individuals including but not limited to recent grads, parents, seniors, minorities, LGBTQ+, veterans, and disabled workers.
