Structure bi-monthly calls or meetings and use that time to become a resource for information and an advocate for their success. Share pandemic relief efforts and best practices via email where possible. Schedule a video conference to discuss new and improved customer service efforts being offered to businesses during the pandemic. Be strategic during a crisis and invaluable after.
